Chocolate Brandy Mousse
- 1 bar of vegan chocolate
- 1 cup of soya cream
- 1 tablespoon brandy
Method
- Melt the chocolate.
- Add the soya cream and tablespoon of brandy and whisk until the mixture thickens.
- Pour into individual bowls and allow to chill (if you have the patience) in the fridge.
