Chocolate Brandy Mousse

  • 1 bar of vegan chocolate
  • 1 cup of soya cream
  • 1 tablespoon brandy


  1. Melt the chocolate.
  2. Add the soya cream and tablespoon of brandy and whisk until the mixture thickens.
  3. Pour into individual bowls and allow to chill (if you have the patience) in the fridge.
