Veggie Month is Animal Aid's annual celebration of the vegetarian lifestyle.

Last year, CBBCTV's Kirsten O'Brien and Pop Idol's Mr Nasty, Simon Cowell, both took the Veggie Pledge - and lived to tell the tale!
