LUNDY RATS - Stop the Slaughter
Animal Aid has condemned four national conservation organisations for their role in the cull of rats on the isle of Lundy.
The rats have lived on Lundy for over four hundred years, and are an important part of the island's biodiversity. The black rat has itself been described as one of the rarest mammals in the UK.
Shame of the conservation groups
An undercover investigation has put the conservation groups to shame.
On 9th May 2003, a small but dedicated group of protesters took part in a demonstration against the cull.
Help stop the cull
It's not too late to stop the cull. Find out how you can help.
