DIARIES OF DESPAIR - Join the demonstration
Posted 1 September 2001
Uncaged Campaigns are awaiting a decision about their application for Legal Aid to defend their right to place documents in the public realm, detailing the involvement of biotechnology company Imutran and Huntingdon Life Sciences in cruel and scientifically flawed animal experiments.
A demonstration is also planned for Friday 21 September in Central London to mark the first anniversary of the exposé of these organ swap experiments in the Uncaged document entitled Diaries of Despair. This explosive material is currently the subject of a writ preventing further disclosure.
Petitions calling for an independent judicial inquiry will be presented to 10 Downing Street and a protest will take place outside the Home Office.
