Animal Aid

Animal Aid is campaigning to persuade all medical research charities not to conduct or fund animal experiments. Animal Aid members have recently sent postcards to the Childhood Eye Cancer Trust (and several other charities) asking them to stop conducting or funding such research. In response, the Childhood Eye Cancer Trust has asked us to make it clear that the charity does not carry out such research itself, has not funded any animal experiments since 2007 and has no current plans to do so. However, it does not rule out funding animal research in the future.
