March for Farmed Animals
Posted 27 September 2010
Nearly 1,000 million farmed animals are slaughtered in Britain every year for meat, dairy and eggs. And that number does not include the fish who are mass produced in farms or hauled from the oceans. Their numbers are so vast that fish are accounted for in tonnes rather than individual beings.
This Saturday – 2 October – the March for Farmed Animals will be staged through the centre of London. Please be there. Meet for speeches 12 noon at Cavendish Square, W1G OPR (nearest Tube: Oxford Circus).
