Animal Aid

On Monday, 8th September, my colleague Mark and I are cycling 300 kms in 4 days – from London to Paris! Mark's been a keen cyclist for many years, and it worries me that even he thinks this is going to be extremely challenging. I'm quite new to cycling and, although I'm now training hard, I know that I'll find it very difficult, especially as we are carrying all of our own kit and will have no support!
