Meat-free munching

Vegetarians and vegans won’t miss out on anything. You can get veggie versions of all your favourite meals, such as burgers, sausages, pies, pasta, pizza, curry, chilli, lasagna, shepherd’s pie and a whole lot more.

Most supermarkets and health food shops stock a range of veggie brands of ready meals such as Linda McCartney, Cauldron, Wicken Fen, Goodlife, Realeat, Fry’s and Redwood Foods. Most supermarkets also have their own range of veggie products.

There are also lots of delicious vegan, dairy-free versions of foods such as margarine, milk, yoghurt, cheese, mayonnaise, cream and ice cream available from health food shops and some supermarkets.
