Welcome to Vegan 101!

We hope this will be a useful resource for you and your Food and Nutrition students, that it will develop their understanding of this growing way of life and equip them to cater for vegans.

The three films are suitable for Year 7 upwards and are ideal for students studying for their GCSEs. The recipes from the cookery demos are further down this page ready for you to download.
