Our message of compassion and respect for all living creatures has reached thousands of young people across the UK. We are the only UK-based organisation that offers resources, talks and workshops on all animal cruelty issues.Â
Each year we deliver hundreds of workshops and talks to students from Year 1 to sixth form. All of our resources, talks, workshops and cookery demonstrations are free to teachers, funded through generous donations from our supporters.Â
You can support our work in a variety of ways:Â
We’re looking for primary, secondary and FE teachers to help us develop new education resources and to give us feedback on a range of education matters.Â
If you would like more information about our teacher focus groups, or to apply, please email mark@animalaid.org.uk
Volunteering as a school speaker is a rewarding way to shape the future by fostering empathy in future generations and equipping young people with the skills and knowledge to make animal freedom a reality.
When you make a one-off donation or become a regular donor, this helps us to continue educating the next generation and creating a kinder future for animals:Â
- A donation of £10 covers the cost of vegan ingredients for a cookery demonstration to 30+ students.Â
- A donation of £30 covers the cost of getting a volunteer school speaker to a school to reach 30+ students.Â
- A donation of £100 covers the cost of training one new volunteer school speaker.Â
