Easy vegan chocolate truffles

These easy to prep decadent chocolate sweet truffle treats make for a wonderful item to share in festive celebrations.

    • Serves: 4-6
      • Prep time: 20 mins
      • Cook time: 5 mins

A positive bounty of rich dark chocolate, coconut and vanilla to delight the taste buds.

Aaron dusts them with cocoa powder and a sprinkling of edible gold stars to dazzle the guests!

  • 1 cup of coconut cream
  • 450g dark chocolate
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of pink/ sea salt
  • Cocoa powder
  1. Gently heat the cream in a pan
  2. Add the vanilla and salt
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips until melted
  4. Refrigerate for a few hours until set
  5. Scoop a tbsp and roll into a ball before dusting in the cocoa powder (Aaron was extra fancy and sprinkled on some gold stars to dazzle the guests!)
  6. Store in the fridge before serving
