Roasted Pepper & Chickpea Paté

A quick and easy to make paté which is nutritious and delicious on toast.

You will need roasted peppers, which you can find in jars in the supermarket, or make your own. Cut them into thick slices or quarters (removing the centre and seeds), coat them in a little oil and roast them at 180°C in the oven for about 20 minutes.
