Urgent action: The best chance we have to ban fox hunting for good
The Hunting Consultation is live until 18 June 2026, and needs all of us to make our voices heard.
In March, the Government launched its Consultation on strengthening the Hunting Act and removing certain loopholes such as the exemptions which provide cover for stag hunting. Importantly, the Consultation will invite responses to its proposal to ban so-called ‘trail hunting’, which is so often used by hunts as a smoke screen to kill foxes.
Our colleagues at the League Against Cruel Sports have put together excellent advice on responding to the government’s Consultation. Ideally, you’ll answer the questions using your own words, and the League has provided suggestions to help you do so. But, if you are really short of time, you can use their pre-written response button.
We may never get another chance like this. Please take a few minutes to respond and make sure that the government hears us loud and clear!
Take action for foxes
You have until 18th June to make your voice heard. Tell the Government that the savage treatment of foxes will be accepted no longer.
