Are you highly organised, proactive and committed to animal rights? Join Animal Aid as our Campaigns Administration Assistant, where your work behind the scenes will power impactful campaigns that protect animals and drive meaningful change.
Full time – 35 hours. Salary £24-29,000
Location – Hybrid. 2 days of work per week will require attendance to our Tonbridge office.

Organised multitasker: You thrive on keeping things running smoothly, managing inboxes, coordinating resources, and juggling priorities with efficiency and calm.
Reliable team anchor: You bring consistency, dependability, and a strong sense of responsibility, supporting the team day in and day out.
Animal rights advocate: You share Animal Aid’s vision and are committed to advancing animal rights through effective campaigning support.
Detail-driven administrator: You take pride in accuracy, whether managing databases, handling communications, or preparing campaign materials.
Confident communicator: You engage professionally and compassionately with supporters, responding to emails and calls clearly and efficiently.
Proactive self-starter: You do not wait to be asked. You spot what needs doing and get on with it.
Campaign enabler: You ensure campaigners have what they need, from stocked materials to organised mailouts and event preparation.
Systems and process champion: You maintain well organised digital systems, helping the team work collaboratively and effectively.
Flexible team player: You are willing to pitch in across the team, including occasional weekend work when campaigns demand it.
Committed contributor: You are looking for a stable, long-term role where you can make a sustained difference and support team wellbeing.
