This is a rare opportunity to build on a powerful legacy while shaping the future direction of campaigns to end the suffering caused by shooting.

Full time – 35 hours. Salary £35-39,000

Location – Hybrid. Some travel will be required for meetings, events and campaign activity.

Animal rights advocate: You are deeply committed to ending the suffering caused by shooting and snares and advancing systemic change.

Strategic thinker: You can steward existing campaign approaches while identifying new opportunities to increase impact.

Investigations lead: You bring rigour and focus to managing investigations, reviewing footage, documenting breaches, and preparing compelling exposures.

Compelling communicator: You write and speak with clarity and authority, maintaining the high standards this role is known for.

Influencer and lobbyist: You build on established relationships while developing new ones, engaging confidently with policymakers and decision makers.

Collaborative campaigner: You work closely with colleagues and partners to ensure this work remains connected, strategic, and influential.

Innovator within tradition: You know when to preserve proven approaches and when to introduce new ideas, tools, and tactics.

Flexible team player: You are willing to contribute across the organisation, supporting wider campaign work where needed.
