Animal Aid will be visiting Tunbridge Wells on 26 May to launch its unique and exciting Transform Your World tour. The innovative trailer exhibition is the centrepiece of the 30 year anniversary celebrations, both for Animal Aid and the animal protection movement as a whole.
From May until the end of August, Transform Your World will be visiting more than 30 towns and cities around the UK to inspire and motivate many more people to adopt a compassionate lifestyle.
The Ten Ways To Transform Your World tour is a mobile interactive exhibition for the whole family, depicting 10 easy changes that people can make to their lives that will help animals, people and the planet. There will be a touch-screen quiz for those who wish to test their knowledge, a flip-chart āmatch-the-animalsā game for younger children, and a āPledge Zoneā where visitors can have their photo taken holding their pledge to live more compassionately (such as ā… to recycle moreā). This will then be posted on our websiteĀ www.transformyourworld.org.uk.
A key feature of these events will be the screening of a dynamic, short film called Ten Ways to Change Your World. The film āstarsā high-profile figures from diverse political and artistic backgrounds: Alexei Sayle, Sean Hughes, Anne Widdecombe MP, Caroline Lucas MEP and Benjamin Zephaniah.
Animal Aid will also be giving away a pocket-sized booklet with advice on how to Transform Your World (including simple, delicious recipes), plus window stickers, bookmarks, cute animal stickers for kids, and goodies from compassionate sponsors, Lush Cosmetics!
The exhibition is free and there will be something to interest everyone. At a time when the news is dominated by stories about our negative impact on the environment, Animal Aidās 30th anniversary tour offers the chance for each and every one of us to take simple steps to help improve the future of our planet.
