Animal Aid is shocked and saddened by the tragic death of Sir David Amess MP earlier today. A friend to animals everywhere, Sir David was an ardent campaigner for animal rights, in parliament and beyond, and regularly supported our work.
Our thoughts are with his family at this awful time.

Yesterday, Animal Aid hosted a roundtable in Westminster, to meet with MPs and other invited guests to discuss the ending the LD50 and other animal tests.
