Billboards encourage people to try vegan this June

Posted on the 5th May 2021

Billboards promoting Animal Aid's Summer Vegan Pledge have started to spring up in towns and cities across the UK.

Animal Aid’s Summer Vegan Pledge happens every June and is the perfect opportunity for anybody who is interested in going vegan or curious about veganism to give it a try for the month. Those who sign up receive all of the help and advice they need, including one-to-one assistance should they need it.

The billboards feature a rescued chicken name Samuel, and encourage people to try vegan this June, ‘for the animals, to reduce your carbon footprint and [to] make positive changes for your health.’
