In just two weeks, more than 5,200 people have already signed our petition calling on the Royal Veterinary College (RVC) to end its animal research programme. The College has been involved in shocking animal experiments, typically more than 9,000 a year, involving many species. We recently highlighted how five sheep underwent operations to remove and re-graft their wombs. These experiments were done to improve human fertility, and were reported to have gone seriously wrong, resulting in one ewe dying on the operating table, two suffering kidney failure and one procedure being abandoned.

Sign the petitonCharlotte Dujardin, a dressage champion for Team GB, has withdrawn from the 2024 Paris Olympics. This is due to recently-surfaced footage, taken four years ago of her whipping a horse repeatedly around the legs.
