There is a big misconception that being vegan is expensive, but that needn’t be the case.
Some of the cheapest foods available in shops are plant-based; beans, pulses, legumes, vegetables, fruits, potatoes and wholegrains. Being vegan doesn’t mean you have to splash out on fancy meat replacements (although they are delicious!).
