Trying to eat healthier? These recipes will help!

Generally speaking, studies show that those following a plant-based diet have a reduced risk of heart disease, certain types of cancer and type-2 diabetes, meaning that going vegan can result in eating healthier and being healthier overall.

But just being vegan doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re eating the healthiest of foods, especially if you choose to eat some of the more processed (albeit delicious) products that are out today. The below recipes feature healthy twists on some favourites, why not give them a try?
