Chocolate Brandy Mousse

  • 100g vegan dark chocolate
  • 250ml soya cream
  • 1 tbsp brandy
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate.
  2. Add the soya cream, brandy and golden syrup and whisk until the mixture thickens.
  3. Pour into individual bowls and allow to chill in the fridge.
