Easy Vegan Chocolate Truffles Recipe


  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 450g Dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cocoa powder


1) Gently heat the coconut cream until it becomes a liquid. Add the salt and vanilla extract.

2) Stir in the chocolate until it is melted.

3) Remove from the heat and decant into a large bowl. Place the bowl into the fridge until the mixture is set.

4) Once set, scoop out the mixture using an ice-cream scoop (or something similar), roll in the cocoa powder and store in the fridge.
