Traditional Full English Breakfast (for one person)
– Scrambled tofu
– 2 vegan sausages (Fry’s, Linda McCartney, Vegetarians Choice)
– 2 rashers of vegan bacon (VBites, Tofurky).
– Two slices of bread
– Vegan butter (for spreading)
– Half a can of baked beans
– Handful of chopped mushrooms.
1) Simply make the scrambled tofu using this recipe.
2)Cook the sausages, vegan bacon, mushrooms, baked beans, and toast the bread.
3) Butter the toast.
4) Plate up and serve!
1) With a mug of tea (with plant-milk) or cup of coffee (with plant-milk)
2) Garnish with ketchup or brown sauce.
