VLT sandwich




– 3 rashers of vegan bacon (such as VBites or Tofurky)
– Two slices of bread
– Shredded lettuce
– ½ a beef tomato
– Vegan mayonnaise




1) Fry up your vegan bacon

2) Spread the vegan mayonnaise on one slice of bread (or both if you prefer!)

3) Slice the tomato into thin disks.

4) Assemble and serve!


Serving suggestions

1) Add salt and pepper to taste
2) Serve with a side salad
3) Add a slice of vegan cheese
